Providing attractive yet affordable benefits can be a challenge. How are other companies addressing this? What are the areas where they go beyond the statutory minimum? Which areas are currently missed out?

With our 2023 Swiss Benefits Survey, we aim to help answer these and more questions. We cover more than 200 deep dive questions with answers from 116 companies and 16 industries. You can find a summary of the survey content in our flyer

Providing attractive yet affordable benefits can be a challenge.

Did you know that...
  • Wellbeing strategy

Companies in Switzerland spend, in median, 500 CHF per year and employee on Wellbeing. But almost 50% currently don't have a wellbeing strategy in place.
  • Flexible benefits

18% of companies offer flexible benefits. By far the most choice is offered around pensions and savings, followed by holidays and health/wellbeing benefits.
  • Maternity/paternity leave

Maternity/paternity leave is on the rise. On the other hand, for various benefits we observe access barriers for certain groups, e. g. LGBTQ+ partners, unmarried partners or adopted children.
