On June 23rd, Mercer Switzerland conducted a digital focus group on pay equity in Switzerland. More than 45 participants from a variety of companies joined. The purpose of this session was to better understand the importance of pay equity, actions taken or planned and the companies’ individual standpoints on the current legislation in Switzerland. Almost all participants (98%) work in an HR function, 2% in a function outside of HR.
